This is regarding a lower that I purchased from Jockey Store, Ajmer.
After 9-10 days of purchase, I see that Molds started growing in the product, and there are several small tiny holes as well.
I take the product back to the store manager, who assured me a replacement at the time of purchase withing 30days.
He also agreed that the product is in very bad condition, and asked me to contact Jockey customer care, and denied me to replace from his end, which he had promised earlier.
After I contacted the Jockey customer care, they asked me to send the product to their registered address.
After 10 days of dispatch, they haven't given me any updated, and after continuous follow ups from my side, they said the product will be sent back to you without any replacement as their quality team hasn't found any issue. (The condition of product is clearly visible from naked eye, and the Jockey Store Manger also confirm the same).
Not sure why Jockey is betraying the customer here.
Being a very old customer of Jockey brand, I am using Jockey products from last 10 years, and this is the first time I get a complaint.
And I am very disappointed with the company here who is directly cheating with the customer.
Also when I call the Jockey Customer care, there is a person named, "Babu V", who talked me in a very harsh manner, and completely denies to transfer my call to any of the senior staff, and also denies me to give any other info.
I want to file this appeal to Jockey India, and I want my product to be replaced/refund.
I had never found any defect in any of the Jockey product in last 10years, this is the first time I am complaining, and is this the way a customer is treated in Jockey?
