Since last several years I am using JOCKEY VEST & BRIEFS, SPORTS SOCKS & other products.
Last 15days back I bought CS 13 VEST Size M, Colour White, after 1 wash I found a hole, the said VEST purchased from your brand shop JOCKEY in South City Mall, Kolkata.
Most of the staffs knows me personally as I buy JOCKEY products from them regularly.
They were helpless and requested me to call CUSTOMER CARE, I have tried your old no.[protected] & was told that the number has changed to [protected].
The problem explained & a complain was logged #SR20151860.
I was really shocked when I was told I have to send by courier the VEST to JOCKEY, BANGALORE.
I think the problem with most of the Multi-National Brands is more than 50% of their products they are selling in this country and in case of SERVICE or COMPLAIN they take this country for granted.
It is really shocking customer cannot return the defective product in the store. Was this information helpful? |
