On 20th Oct 2021, I purchased split Air-conditioner and after installation I did not operate it as Ahmedabad weather was cool. Later in end of March 2022, I started using it often but regularly since April 1st Week of 2022. Soon water started dripping from inner unit of AC. I complaint to Hitachi over their customer service number.
Next day technician informed us that inner plastic tray has crack and it is to be replaced. This is chargeable since there is no warrantee on plastic.
We confirmed to pay and decided that we will take it up with company at later stage.
Complaint 1) in the era of fast transportation and communications even after 17 days AC is not repaired. We have reminded several times on customer care number but till today no communication. Even they are not providing contact details of local service head or even senior managers.
Complaint 2) we do not touch inner parts. How this tray has crack. If an inner plastic part is braking at its own then company has used defective/substandard part.
