This lift is rarely used as there is one apartment per floor. GF & 1F owner don't use lift. In last one year this lift is always out of order. In last 30 days this lift has failed at least 45 times. Amounts to 1 & 1/2 failure per day. Technicians who attend to breakdown cause more damage to equipment. They appear to know nothing of their discipline. They appear like bunch of cobblers. We are regularly on AMC for the last 9 years at the location- Chamundeswari Enclave, santhinagar, nellore-Andhra Pradesh-LIFT NO-LA7467. Lift was not working sine 12-00PM on[protected], we complained to Vijayawada office. Again reminded at 17-00 hrs.
