The lift no l-b6945 was installed to our appartment - mari gold appartments — in 2010 and since them we are having an annual maintainance contract and the same is being serviced by your techinical persons only... We do not entertain any other person to get the repairs done as we have an amc with johnson.
About 10 days back the lift is working but the cabin is not going up to the 5th floor, it stops only at 4th floor. We have given a complaint and ur service persons after several follow up visited and could not identify the problem.
Finally they said that the part on the 5th floor board is worn out and requuires replaement. We have paid 25000/- last week and they said will get the part but till date no sign o[censored]r persons. We are continuously following up but till date the problem remains resolved.
On the fifth floor senior citizens stay and are not in a position to move out on medical reasons also as the lift is not working and is creating a lot of inconvinence.
We have again given complaint to prakash-service head and till now there is no response.
It this is the way a service complaint is to be attended and is this the manner an issue of a small manginute is to be handled.
Firstly there is no reponsible person to take up the matter, all the small time service tech are handling the issue and are not in a position to resolve the same.
The lift contact nos mentioned and pasted in the lift are out dated and not working.
How can we handle such poor and horrible service.
This is purly due to lack of interest fm ur side... Kindly make sure that the problem is taken up and the concerned are being counseled for their poor service.
