Dear concern,
Initially we has AMC silver before doing to AMC platium you inspection the both lift and come to consulsion some parts has to change nearly amount spend Rs 44000 for both and you had transfer to AMC platium with 2 lift Job no L-H7013 n L-7014 A wing Legacy Sannidhi (Bansal Assoiciates) but last 6 month from beginning lift L-7014 gets stuck again & again in regular base,
*First he said mseb switch problem we changed it
*Second he said battery problem we change the battery also
*Third time he said inventor problem we change it.
Several time we called your consumerno and they send executive will come n solve the problem but after while same problem occurs exactly what is problem non of your executive got it till now if due that some incident happened who will take the responsible???
We had taken the AMC platium to take quick action resolve problem immediately, so you can change the material part which not proper do the lift service properly or else we had to decide the another opinion for AMC, But we have faith on johnson so we approach you because of your staff why u spoiling your images properly gaurd them or follow with them.
Ask your representative how many time did we follow-up the issue regarding particular lift
