You are well aware why we have not been handed over the lift. There are deep scratches on 3 lift doors, which makes the lift look like it is already used or damaged. None of you were even courteous enough to look into the problem and write to the higher management in search of any plausible corrections that could be made in this regard. You all just disappeared as soon as we showed you the scratches and now you just send me this mail as if we are not interested in taking the lift or we are not in a position to make the 10% payment to you.
You are well aware that we had requested you to complete the installation and hand over the lift months earlier. You had citied problems like lock down, shortage of labour, work on an emergency in an hospital etc etc... We did try to understand your situation and did patiently wait for so many months though we are facing great loss and problems because we do not have a lift in our building as yet.
It is in the best interest of customer service that you promised while we signed for the lift installation, that you attend the problem as early as possible and then hand over the lift to us. In case at your level you are not in a position to address the issue, at least escalate the problem to your customer care or the concerned senior official at Head Office, who at least will have an idea that we have made such a complaint to you and would suggest a way to attend the issue.
Hoping for some positive response from the Johnson Lift team.
