I am Administrator Delhi Public School Karnal submitting following complaint for your kind favorable action.
On 22 Nov 21, I have requested through email at servicesales_chandigarh regarding further AMC of Jhonson Left installed at our Building. I have made various Calls to Johnson Official Mr Uttam on Mobile Number [protected]. Although till date I have not received any reply in Black & White, but telepathically on our Calls, Mr. Uttam Ji has asked to get the repair done and than Lift will be under taken for AMC. Accordingly the quotes of repair was submitted by Your Company and Mr Uttam Ji has also informed us to pay the amount in Advance. School has made many Calls for receiving the Cheque, finally Cheque of Rs. 12360/- was collected by Official of Johnson on 13 Dec 21. School has again spoken to Mr. Uttam and requested his for deputing the service rep, but this time also he said, Ist we have to sign the AMC Contract, than only Repair will be undertaken. Its interesting and funny to share that School has not received draft copy of Contract till date, which Company is asking for the signing. Extremely sorry to mentioned again, if it would have the Policy, same would have to be communicated to the Customer in advance, rather than asking Ist something else, then something else., that's also verbally. This types of Act or working style certainly give bad impression to the customers.
Keeping above in mind, its humble request to look into the matter and directions may please be given to repair the Lift immediately, against the Advance payment paid by DPS Karnal, as School is having Function on 16 Dec. Its further requested to send the AMC draft details, as its still awaiting for long.
