Johnson Lifts — Our society lift having many issues

Our society name is Kesar Valley society chikhali. Our E wing lift is not functioning properly. My mother got stuck in lift and lift door was not opening at our floor. Lift got stuck between 2 floors. Same incident happened with me as well. Also have many continuous issues with outer floor display.
Our society members said they have registered complaints many time but no good response from Johnson customer care. My mother was stuck in lift and as senior citizen she was very frightened with this incidence. As Johnson good name in lift not expecting this kind of bad experience from you. Please fix this issues ASAP.
