Johnson Lifts — Platinum Maintenance Plan Poor performance

I am secretary RWA, JM Park Sapphire Ramprastha greens sector 9 vaishali.
I am sending this SMS to you in extreme emergency. We are having 6 lifts of your company all under platinum maintenance since beginning. Big lift of tower one 1 is giving problem from last two months. Every alternate day it is under repair. There is no reliability of the repairs done by your company. Now Since last three days the lift is shut down and your company is not able to repair the same. People are in distress as the second lift has also gone in shut down during last three days. There is very much unrest among the residents and the matter may go in news papers a nd as well as in consumer forum. Your intervention is must at this moment to repair the lift.
