We confirm our acceptance to the supply and installation of part quoted and also your amc as under
Sg 219 hwc pod - rs.10200/- inclusive of gst 9% and igst 9%.
Amc from 1/4/2019 to 31/3/2020- rs 61200 plus gst 9% and igst 9% (Rs.11016/-). Total-rs.72216/-
We would request you to arrange to bring the part from your warehouse at chennai and install the same in the lift and make it operational.

The payment for the parts including taxes rs.10200/- and 50% amc for rs.36108/- by way cheque is ready can be collected from our treasurer mr. Pradeep ghorpade immediately after installation.

As mentioned to you, our lift is not working for the last 10 days and you will appreciate how difficult it will be for our tenants who have to climb the stairs to reach their flats.
Your kind cooperation and immediate attention in rectifying the lift will be highly appreciated.
