I got this lift installed 5yrs back and constantly getting amc renewed every year. As part of contract we are informed that 8-9 services will be provided to end customer in a contract considering 45 days of gap in between two services.
For the last amc i had with the comapny no service was done after may-2020 and my contract ended in june-2020. Hardly 6-7 services were done throughout the year. Reason company employee yograj [protected] put is due to covid we won’t be able to service. I asked him to complete the pending services and renew the amc after covid in month of may but he is only saying that he will send someone for service and discuss with seniors for amc renewal. For past few week he is not picking up calls as well. This is pathetic and intolerable as an end user. We have paid for amc and should get the promised number of services. No service has been done since may and the duration of amc has also expired. Yograj is not even picking up calls and neither sending someone for servicing.
Highly irresponsible representatives are working for johnson lifts and spoiling company reputation and making customer support miserable
