Hello,
We have given AMC for 4 lifts in my society to Jhonson service provider. Within last one year we have got request from them to provide 16 new batteries for ARD in our lift which we have provided in Oct 2020(4 EXCIDE battery) and May 2021(12 EXCIDE Batteries). However, In the month of September 2021, The service provider again told us that batteries are not working for 3 lifts, on enquiry we found that in place of 8 new EXCIDE batteries there was 8 Old Amaron batteries present in my lift.
I have raised this issue with Technical Supervisor Ambarish and Technician Tusar who was doing the maintenance work, they also accepted that there is mistake from there side but not providing any solution. I had several talks with Zonal Head Ruben, but he also provided only 4 EXCIDE batteries. I am yet to get 4 more batteries and it's been more than 3 months and not getting any solution.
ARD of one lift is not working due to this and already there were occurance wherein child and ladies were stuck in the lift.
Incase there is any casuality due to non working of ARD, Jhonson will be whole and sole responsible for the event .
Kindly provide resolution of this at the earliest. It's matter of trust of customer on the Big brand like Jhonson.
