The leads which are being transferred to me are useless and futile. They are just a waste of time and sometimes very old as well as uninterested. So, i submitted a request to stop my ecs though app, whatsapp as well as customer care phone. I have opened my shop Sushma Enterprises in December 2024 in Lucknow. Ziaul from Justdial visits me in December. First I made the payment of Rs 2950 on December 23 2024. Then I made another payment of Rs 2360 on 11 January, to go live on trial basis. Ziaul made promise that my ECS will after two months. I was told that my contract will start from March and Ziaul promised me that my contract will be terminated anytime, if I want. But my ECS...

JustDial.com — Just Dial is Fake. Waste of Valuable money

Just dial is fake and no worth of even a single penny. Marketing executive make big promises, but their actual truth is different. We have experienced this and hence putting this complaint against just Dial.

Just dial promised for 4-5 leads in each plan and we bought 2 plans (8-10 leads) just becoming trap of their executives.

With 15-20 days of observation, we didn't received any valuable leads. Just 8-9 fake...
