Kindly note that I am here to put a complaint against the services not provided till date by your customer service agent Sania Khan as promised within 24 to 48 hours. I have made multiple calls and text messages to reach your agent. Initially Sania Khan was very polite and aggressive while selling me the plan and promised that she ll provide me with a Bai as per my requirement as it was an urgent one for my 6 month old baby. She was in touch with me since Feb mid week and gave big talks and promises that she already has the profiles of the candidates and very strong ones and once I pay the first advance registration fees she ll get the interview scheduled the very same evening or else max to 48 hours. Since I have a baby who needs utmost care and attention and both husband and wife working I needed this services asap. After my payment she kept moving away from her calls. After 3 days she connected me with a single profile named Lolita and then Jyoti Pawar after another 2-3 days. Both the profiles i wasn't very happy or keen to hire looking at their approach over the telephonic interview. I requested Sania that it was now almost a week and that I am in a very bad shape and I need the nanny services asap as I had to resume work. To cut the long story short she never came back to me till date with any other profiles until today. I have called her multiple times and she keeps telling me mam I ll promise that I ll close this by the last weekend which just went. Yet another week has started an no maid. I was so frustrated and informed her that she should not have made those big promises and big talks when dealing with customers when one can't deliver them. I will also be filing an official police complaint is because the other companies first' share their profiles and then post the interview when you finalise the candidates that's when you pay the initial advance. Here I am with no service yet. I feel cheated and scamed. I have many office colleagues who wanted the services too I ll make sure I will never ever recommend them to you.

I need my refund of 8000 paid in cash as an advance payment. Just to let you know I have all the call recordings as well as whatsapp chats incase you need them to refer. And I shall be filing an official police complaint if I don't hear from the direct owner.

I hope this will be looked into and my cash refund would be given. Also note with utmost initial care shown towards me by Sania i trusted and gave my advance in cash to avoid GST charges.
