Bus ticket was booked online on kadamba website from Candolim to Mopa airport. However the bus never turned up and no information regarding the bus- neither the bus number nor contact info of the bus driver was provided. We waited for an hour and a half at the birding point and also tried contacting the kadamba Goa office and all other customer support numbers we could find. But none responded. After an hour they picked up the call and blamed us for not calling earlier and asked us to book a cab/taxi instead. Had a terrible experience with kadamba travels and would not recommend it to anyone. Was this information helpful? |
