The incident occurred on 15th of March 2023. I took a bus from North Goa District Hospital, Mapusa to Mapusa bus stand. The conductor denied me half ticket when I said I'm a student. Then he asked for the ID card of the college and took pictures of it on his phone and said, “We got a circular which mentions not to give any concession for private college students.” He also said that he was fined for giving half tickets to students of private colleges.
