Hi KDMC,

There is a stray dog who sits in our bldg compound and barks or attacks almost everyone for no reason.. Many a times she has suddenly come running towards kids and it is very scary and dangerous as there is pre primary school nearby.
The dog is also huge as is a crossbreed of Rottweiler.
Pls have someone catch the dog and relocate...

Today on 19th sept 2024 morning 06:12 Am I parked my vehicle at KDMC Dilip kapothe park, at 05:50 PM when i returned from work to pick my vehicle, my vehicle was not at parking spot.. Upon asking to counter That person replied in hindi stating " Jake dhund.. Main tera nokar ku kya" This is utter [censored].. They took parking charges upfront and there behavior is like i don't care u complaints anywhere it Doesn't matter...

On 13 Mar 2024, I attempted to pay my KDMC property tax online through a QR code using the UPI method KDMC website. The amount of ₹ 17809 was debited from my bank account. However, the payment gateway marked the transaction as failed and the payment was not reflected on the KDMC portal.

As of today, the deducted amount has not been refunded to my bank account nor has the tax been marked as paid on the KDMC portal...

Hi Sir/Madam
My room is in shivaji colony. Nobody lives there since 2016 and there is no water/ electricity required. I paid water bill of rupees 7908.00 including 2508.00 as penalty and actual bill of rupees 5400.00 from 2019. I understand even though nobody lives there, i should be entitled to pay the minimum due. however, KDMC staff asked me to pay in full first.
Can i please request to get the calculation of why and how...

We the members of Eknath Krupa, Eknath Mhatre Nagar, Rokell Galli, Sant Namdeo Path no. 2, Gograswadi, Dombivli East Thane - 421201 (KDMC- F Ward) have been facing acute water shortage for last more than 2-3 months. Owing to this we only receive 10 mins water supply in our homes which is not enough to even fill the drinking water, let alone washing the clothes.
