Dear Sir,

We are residing in Riddhi Siddhi Apartments Kalyan west. The area is Gandhari.

All the buildings in our area ( Behind Hotel Golden Wok) are facing the water issues since April. We have been meeting the concerned officials Mr. Ghode, Mr Rathod and Mr. Rokade who are in charge of the water department at the B ward but to our utter disappointment no one is looking into the matter. They are just neglecting on the whole issue and are just pushing the responsibility on one another.

Upong enquiry we came to know that there is an additional pipeline which has been sanctioned for our area four months ago but there is no development after this. Its still on file and the file is not moving.

We are paying heavy taxes each year for which we expect the resolutions on time. This being the issue of the basic neccessity, we need your urgent intervention in this matter.

I am Shanti Ravindran Acharya residing in Anmol Garden Cooperative Society, Haji Malang Road, Kalyan (East).I shifted to Kalyan (East) in 2007 with my husband & in-laws. We had no problem related anything though there was shortage of water & load shedding. But now we have 24hrs water supply & things are getting better. But the on the other side the members of the society are being lazy & don't want to leave their chair even after so many years. We have no problem with that but at least listen & complete small complaints which causes problem in their daily life. We are facing drainage problem as we are living in the ground floor as the wastage doesn't have a free flow till main drainage. Because of this the wastage always rise in our washroom which produce bad smell. This smell effect small children as I am taking tuition classes. I have given many complaints to our society members till nothing has been done. We had a meeting last month related this but no improvement as they were finalizing on quotation. I dont know what to do, so I am writing this complaint to take some advice from you as we are facing problem. Please advice.

कल्याण पूर्व मध्ये विजय नगर इथे अष्टमी सोसायटी चे पुनर्बांधकाम चालू असून सदर इमारतीच्या बिल्डर ने बाजूच्या काजल दर्शन सोसायटी च्या एकदम बाजूला 20 ते 25 फूट खोल खोदकाम केले आहे.त्यामुळे काजल दर्शन सोसायटी ची कंपाउंड तसेच toilet ची टाकी तुटून खाली पडली आहे.
सदर बाब संबंदीत बिल्डर च्या नजरेत आणून देखील अजून पण कार्यवाही झाली नसून, काजल दर्शन सोसायटी कोसळण्याचा धोका आहे.
तरी कृपया KDMC ने एकदा पाहणी करावी.

Please note that the Amrai Road at Tisagaon (stretch from Rai Aaragya till Rai Heaven complex) is filled with huge potholes and due to rains, it is filled with muddy water which is a high risk factor for vehicles and commuters. We are facing this issue since a long time. Kind request to urgently repair the potholes in the road at the earliest please.

आमराई रोड तिसगाव रस्त्यावर खूप मोठ्या प्रमाणात खड्डे पडले आहेत.त्यामुळे अपघात होण्याची शक्यता आहे. याच खड्यांमधून शाळकरी मुलं व सर्व सामान्य नागरिक जीव मुठीत घेऊन ये -जा करत असतात कल्याण डोंबिवली महानगर पालिलेला विनंती आहे कि हे खड्डे लवकरात लवकर भरण्यात यावे.

This is to inform you that in Apmc flower market flower garbage not collected from kdmc till 4-5 days... Pls do something... Disgusting garbage smell comes to my house with wind. Thanks in advance.

On the 28th of july 2022, at 20:00 Hrs i made a payment online for the property tax account number B[protected], Flat number 107, amount 5644/-.the amount is debited from my axis Bank account.but not received the receipt for the same.

My name is Sushant r Rane and i am resident at Amber vista F[protected] ROOM NO 606 since last year. I have paid property tax online INR 5204 against bill no 232509 on 5th may 2022 Transaction Ref no-[protected] but its not linked against my flat no 606 and my TAX is still showing pending.

Kindly update record and deduct 5204 amount from my Bill no 232509 and provide

I would like to bring to ur notice that the garbage around Kumbharkhan Pada has been increased tremendously... specifically opposite to Ziprya Arcade (Near Corporater Vikas Mhatre Office).

Request u to take necessary action immediately to avoid further spread of diseases during monsoon.

Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that I stay at Yash enclave kumbharkhan pada. Dombivli west. While walking on street from Yash enclave to khandoba temple. Yash Enclave to Ganesh Nagar & Rajvaibhav complex. There are places were lots of Garbage thrown beside road. There are no Garbage bins any where.

Due to monsoon garbage gets decompose and lots of viral dieases are spreading. You are requested to take necessary action at your end to keep area clean and also at least keep some garbage bins so that people will not throw garbage on road. Also cleaning staff need to take garbage from these places after certain interval.

Hope that you will take necessary action at your end.

Please refer to your Property Assessment Tax Bills No. 498792 dt.31.03.2022 & No. 245428 dt.14.04.2022 against Property No.G[protected]-104, Ward-G, Zone-3 for the year 2021-22 & 2022-23.

It is observed that, the actual area of the said Room No. 104, Malhar Height, Kenewadi, Ayregav, Dombivli (E) is 27.52 square meter whereas you had billed for 29.64 square meter due to typograpical error. As per measurement register maintained at G-Ward Office actual area of my room no.104 is 27.52 square meter with ratable value is Rs.5796 and tax payble Rs.4746/- per annum.

Please verify your records available with G-Ward office and make necessary correction in your DATA BASE and refund excess billed/paid amount of Rs.606/-.

In Kalyan west at Gupte chowk, Dudh Naka, there are huge potholes on the road in front of Vcare Hospital, which is badly affecting driving the vehicles by this way.

I have already paid kdmc property tax since 48 hrs but yet receipt is not generated. Please see into the matter and reply as soon as possible. My property no. is H[protected] and flat no. is C-704

Since 02 years our society Triveni Garden Kalyan west, Adharwadi jail road. facing less water supply, this issue already share with concern department also hopeless corporator but till the problem not resolved.
Request to checke and resolved the issue.
Its a basic need for human. And right.
Every day we full fill our requirements by tanker.
