Kalyani Motors — After second service my vehicle performance have degraded and they have just dry washed the car and given to us since it is a free

I gave my car to free 2nd service on 6th of Aug 2022
The car was in good condition when I have given the service to kalyani service at nayandahalli
Bit once they gave me back saying service is done water wiper was not filled complained immediately but no response they politely said next time this won't happen

Now the concern is when there is a rain or we wash water is all over floor at drive ceat and rear ceat I really don't whether they have serviced the car or not still don't know what all the concerns will come up moving further
