Error in billing and excess amount collected

Receive calls every day

I receive calls almost every day checking if I’ve enquired regarding Alto. I’m facing this issue for almost a month now. I’ve been patient enough to tell every agent that I’m no longer interested and to add my number in DND. The agent says they’ll add my number in not to call marketing list but I continue to get calls. Service Quality/Casual Attitude

I had sent my baleno for regular service. I had explained to Mr Amjath all the problems I have. The sensor was beeping continuously due to which the battery was draining out. The brake lights/ indicators werent working.

Service Complaint about tyre issue

Wagon R - KA53MC3533

I had biught wagon R from kalyani - avalahalli branch in 2015. Since then i give them only for service and i was fine all this while. But end last year i gave car for service after that i started facing issue with my automatic car key..i had to start locking/ unlocking manually and not automatically. To rectify this i though in my next service ill ask them to do needful however in august 2022, i gave for service and it was rectifued but again...

After second service my vehicle performance have degraded and they have just dry washed the car and given to us since it is a free

I gave my car to free 2nd service on 6th of Aug 2022
The car was in good condition when I have given the service to kalyani service at nayandahalli
Bit once they gave me back saying service is done water wiper was not filled complained immediately but no response they politely said next time this won't happen

Now the concern is when there is a rain or we wash water is all over floor at drive ceat and rear ceat...

Car Servicing, Very disappointed with service of my car

I took my car for general service, they created more problems than solving and very disappointed with service of my car.
Changed engine mounts, and during this course, they have opened the Steering rack.!
Started jerking issues with my car.

Car Right side sound issue

I went and said service agent to do test ride to deduct the issue he said to do wheel alignment which I have done 1 month back it self in suraksha motors because of this type of issue i shifted to kalyani motors but after doing wheel alignment also same sound it is coming he said slowly it will go sir but it increased now still I'm not at all satisfied for deviating the customer.

Repayment of Advance payment made for purchase of car.

Annoying the customer

Hello Team,

After educating the Kalyani motors service team multiple time its certainty being 2 weeks i end up getting a call daily 5 times and they are literally giving me a torcher requesting to give the vehicle for service.

Ideally its customer which since we can allocate my vehicle for service any where and any time.

So why this annoying call and torcher over to the customer?
