Kalyani Motors — Booking Cancellation - Advance Refund

I have paid advance payment Rs.5000/- for booking Alto K10 Booking No 621 at Kalyani Motors - Billekahalli Branch, due to unavoidable circumstances the purchase was postpended. Since I have submitted my refund request a month back. Still I have not received any response from them. I have called and visited several times but there is no response.
