Kalyani Motors — Bad customer service by Kalyani Motors and Maruti

For 3rd Free (1 year) servicing for my Baleno, i have paid Rs 4625 which included Synthetic oil of Rs 3375. The car was driven only 2799 km in year, i seriously doubt if they changed the oil. Windshield Washer fluid was not topped up. I have paid Rs 4470 for paintwork, to fix two scratches on Front and back bumper. The paintwork was not done correctly, they didnt remove the mud flap which and paint protection film which resulted in paint saturation and permanent marks on the bumpers. Over-sprayed in other part of the bumpers, indicating masking was not done correctly. Unprofessional paint work done by Kalyani Motors Bannerghatta Road. I complained to Maruti, they wont take any responsibility but push the response through Dealer. I will never recommend Maruti, after sales Service is not satisfactory.
