I would like to share my worst experience in kalyani motors I had taken Maruthi Suzuki Swift AMTCar on 17th June 2020 from kalyani motors Bidadi. We had been by 4 30 pm and they delivered vehicle to us at 7.30 pm . Since I had been customer there since 6 years with out ensuring the quality of the vehicle we took car to home. Some vehicle dodged into my car on 14th August 2020 there was little dent. Since there was no outlets nearby I had taken vehicle to local mechanic, and there he instantly noticed the difference in colour of car door and pillar. It is repainted one. The difference in the color is not notable under sunlight. Can make out the difference either in some light or if captured in phone. I was shocked for a while and felt very disappointed. Though I didn't belive the mechanic in first go, I had to believe when he showed paint stains under mud mat. Immediately I raised the issue with kalyani motors and further i was told to goto Nayandahalli Kalyani motors they agreed that there is a variation in colour. I mailed my grievances to kalyani and Maruthi motors. AGM and GM told it might have happened during transit from Maruthi to kalyani and they will replace the door and repaint pillar . I had paid fir the brand new car and have got some damaged and repaired car. If this is what is sold in showroom I could have rather purchased vehicle on second hand which would have saved Lakhs of money for me. I demand justice. I want this vehicle to be replaced with brand new one.
