This is with respect to my car selling issue at true value, kalyani motors, bannerghatta road, bangalore. I got my car evaluated at true value on 13th nov and the executive (Mr vinay) quoted a price of 1.1l initially and later after further talks said that maximum 1.15l. I went home saying that ll think. Next day another guy named rakesh called and i said the same that i want more. Finally the same evening his senior spoke if m looking for exchange and buying new vehicle then he can offer me 1.18l. I said my main aim is to sell the car first and then ll go and see new car. Next day on 15th nov i finished my selling deal, paid rs 400 (Some reg charges) and got some documents and went to see for new car but as the waiting period for the model i was looking for was one and half months i said i need a car urgently so ll look for other options and kindly give the 1.18l selling amount to me. But the senior executive (Tejas) started saying that without exchange we can't give u 1.18l and only 1l ll be given. I said i had stricken a deal of 1.15l for selling the car irrespective of exchange which the lower executive mr rakesh accepted during the conversation in front of many people around. But mr tejas was hell bent on his decision and even spoke in higher tone to his junior executives mentioned above to speak the way he wanted. This is completely cheating and fraud. I hadn't spoken bout exchange at all with vinay and rakesh, i only stressed about selling my car. But later they said that they assumed that i ll buy new car and hence they gave that price. This annoyed me a lot and it's very unfair the way tejas spoke to me. I have been servicing my car at the same branch since i purchased it (3.5 yrs) and this is what i am getting in return. My car is with them at the true value showroom including original registration and insurance copy. I want my money in whole, 1.15l. I hope this complaint ll be dealt seriously and at the soonest and ll get the necessary justice. Was this information helpful? |
