Kalyani Motors — newly purchased alto vxi, ts085979. part replacement regarding:-

I am, newly purchased alto vxi recently, ts08 5979. After first service, i got tail lamp damaged, i visited your servicing center at chilkanagar and enquire, they said the part will come after one week, they put order, and after confirming from them i reached servicing center on monday 21/09/20. But nobody responded properly one person named kurram in stores simply informed part is not available thay want to send back. Dear sir for this small part, wasting my precious time visited two times suffered a lot. I felt unhappy with your servicing.
