My brand new Grand Vitara ( 10 days old) was showing hybrid malfunction issue . The car was taken to the service center on 6th April and till date the dealership has not come back with an update on by when will the car be delivered back.
MSL team called to explain the issue but there has been no email /phone call from the dealership to even acknowledge the ordeal I am going through.
To top up my bad experience, neither the sales team nor the service team respond to my calls.
After buying a 25L car, this is what I experienced and Maruti claims Nexa is their premium segment ...how?? Was this information helpful? |
