Kalyani Motors — Pending accessories amount / accessories of Brezza ZXI vehicle

Hi,

I am Mahendhar, I took delivery of brezza ZXI vehicle in the name of Rojarani D w/o Mahendhar from Kalyani Motors, L B Nagar, Hyderabad last 2 weeks back (dt: 25/03/2023), at the time of delivery they promised to me these items including mud flaps, foot mats and body cover for free but they charged full amount and charged money without my knowledge/permission. After that I asked to them return the amount to me They say everyday they will solve your problem today but it still hasn't happened…

Kindly request refund my extra amount and resolve my complaint as soon possible …
