On 18.6.21 i submitted a service request through kent ro android app stating that my kent ro is not working.
I emailed to your service helpdesk aslo twice.
I booked my service request through phone call also.
But no service person is attended my service request and your office people not giving the answer reason for delaying service.
Drinking water is an essential to every life in this world. I do not know why
My service request is not fulfilled.such a big company cannot fulfill a single service request. I wait for some more days then i take this issue to consumer redressal forum
