Kalyani Motors — SCROSS Coolant replacement. Car breakdown

Dear Sir / Madam,
I periodically get my Maruti SCROSS (KA05NA9877) vehicle serviced in your Bannerughatta Road, Bilekehalli Service Center. The car is less that 3 years old and has been driven for ~18500 KMs only, I had given my car last at your service center in May-2022.

My car broke down on the highway in Dindigal, Tamil Nadu last month. This is because the coolant got exhausted and the engine got over heated. I had to spend Rs 33000 to get it repaired.

My complaint is, when I had given my car for servicing in May-2022 why was the coolant not changed if it was getting over ?I have only driven ~4000 KMs after the servicing.
Also, why did the coolant get over by ~18500 KMs. i'm told the coolant should we working till more than 20000 KMs.
Overall a bad experience for me.
