I would like to share my experience which i have faced at your service centre BG road.
I had dropped my car body work, I don’t like to take the advisor name, I don’t want him to be blamed. I would say management should have a proper rules that advisor should knowledge customer what to do and what not to be required really.
And after I leave my car for body work, until I get the car delivery advisor did not call me at lest once to update. Only customer should call advisor for everything, to ask what is happening and when will I get the car.
Finally body work is also not satisfied, did not meet up what advisor said when taking the car.
Overall Kalyani motors is not customer friendly and recommendable to friend/family. Post sale no proper response in services.
So when we reached out Kalyani motors to just look out cars, they did not leave us to think/decide about the car, they were behind us and hoping with some trust we had booked a car and just after 3 months I had damaged on my car so I reached out your services centre.
Even tho we have some many other options for service we come to you it’s only because we brought car from you so we will think you will give us the good services and advice.
We customers expect same service as you guys treat us when we reach out to you to buy a new car.
