My bike (Bajaj avneger cruice 220 cc) is under warranty, i am facing issue in my bike silencer, it making unpleasant sound, i contacted show room dealer in kalyani motors, rt nagar, benaglore - 560032, the mechanic has observed and said issue with silencer which has to be changed because moopller inside silencer is might broken it seems, we need new silencer to check the exact problem and they said, currently we don't have silencer in stock we informed company to send it. Once we get we will call back and they returned my bike with same condition. So i kindly request to help me to sort out my problem and make positive impact on costumers like me... My bike warranty will expire in 5 days. Please do the needfull.
Reasons for disappointment with bajaj is :
1) within one year i have faced issue in my bike silencer.
2) there is no acknoledgemnt given by kalyani motors for silencer issue. They given me gateway pass saying bike is ready. Verbally they said we have informed company to send new silencer but not sure what is the guarantee they they have informed to company. Was this information helpful? |
