Issue: worst service and bad communications
I have purchased baleno with skirting fitted at the time of vehicle delivery. Unfortunately skirting's were not fitted in a right way that it was came out of the vehicle in a few days after the delivery. Evening after repeated complaint the service people were unable to fix it. Also, there was a continuous battery fault from the initial days of delivery and still yet it was not addressed so far. There is a huge communication gap between the service employees of the kalyani motors that even after repeated call no body is ready to take a call and have no sense to call back after the week of door pick up of the vehicle. There are other issues as well to complaint.
I request concerned people to take necessary action to give better service and retain costumers. Was this information helpful? |
