I am a kapil chits member i went for auction of 1lakh chit after paing 11 months successfully at a loss for rs 40000 but after 4 months they paid only 40000 into my bank account instead of 60000 and so i discontinued paying after 35 months asking them to settle but the matter went to arbitrator that was a big mischiefe, they will not intimate in time and willnot give us the awrd copy.
Again i went for 2.5lakh chit auction after 10months at a loss of 100000, they have to pay 150000 but after 4months that too after repeated pressure they paid only 72000 into my acount saying saying the money will be in kapil acount .This timei paid for 38 installments and discontinued they sent a notice for 100000 outstanding they harassed me and one surity holder and so in the month of september i paid 25000 but after that the matter went to arbitrator again .When it is with the arbitrator one person named srinivas rao claiming he is the branchmanager of recovery cell threatening in phone and sending persons saing i have to pay the amount though it is in the court of arbitrator .He is using nulgar languase i gave a complaint with the local si also the town si said to call him whenever they come to me.
I am requesting them to wait till the judgement but this srinivas rao ([protected])is irritating me with his vulgar languase and forcing me to such a corner that i decided not to pay.One can understand why they gave me another auction when one is at the arbitrator .I lost nearly 50000 because of their false promises in the way of two 5 lakh chits one 1lakh chit and one 2.5 lakh chit.I made my co teachers to join kapil they also suffering.It happened at anakapally branch
