I am part of Kapil chit's, chit no:KHYT42J-50, i have lifted the chit in the month of August and converted the same to Fixed deposit on September 20th, 2024, till now I have not received and not receiving the interest as well.

Abids manger "Mallesh" is not responding at all, request file a case on it with Kapil chits....

Manager Chinta Kumara Swamy from the Nagole Branch made false promises regarding arranging the chit amount in either the first or third month and persuaded us to join two chits. Despite explaining our urgent situation, he ignored our calls and messages for nine months. When we asked for a refund, he stated that it was non-refundable. We faced significant hardship and borrowed money to meet the monthly installments, and now we feel cheated....

Hi,
I had Rs5, 00, 000/- chit in Kapil chit fund & was completed on July 2024. Still they haven’t disbursed amount. There is no proper communication from Kapil chit funds. I had commitments but I l couldn’t make it. I need my money with interest asap. Thanks!

Kapil chits they are given me wrong information to me. From Warangal they came and given wrong information you only taken first chitti I will give you pakka promise this is the wrong information given to me is managers and his team also not given replaying no response from calls they are telling what we have to do that when I give you complete also there.. I am asking my refund just that they don't told me options also there in Kapil gypsy...

I am highly disappointed with the way Kapil chits staff is dealing with me and all my guarantors, I got my chit amount after claiming of 10 months, but you people charged me hefty penalty charges, for one month of late payment (that too your people didn't call me for payment intentionally, to create this kind of situation)even after completing all months EMI, still ur people sending legal notices to my guarantors which is soo unfair and creating...

I had a chit for 5 lakhs with kapil chits in nalgonda bearing number KTN01L02J-11 which was stared on 31/8/2020. I auctioned the chit in december 2023.

Enclosed a copy for your reference.

But till date we have not received the chit amount. Can you please do the needful.

The cheque which was provided by the company got bounced. I have deposited 2 lakhs money and i received the 24 cheques with postdated, from which March month cheque got bounced. When I checked with your Hanamkonda branch team there no proper response and they said our HO team is not responding.
Pls resolve my issue on priority else i will go to log a complaint with Chit Registrar for legal action

I have lifted my chit bearing Ticket No. KKA01T15P (Rs. 10.00 Lakhs) at Adilabad branch during 36th auction month which is occurred on 30 Nov, 2023 with Bid payable amount of Rs. 9, 14, 000/-.
I have received a piece meal amount of Rs. 3, 10, 000/- Lakhs only in last 4-5 days inspite of submission of documents in time I.e. Dec, 2023.
I have been paying the chit premium amount regularly and intime and the same promptness...
