Remainder 1 : im smt t uma as a agent code 0248 of kapil kothagudem 2. There is an issue of fasttrack payment which is paid very instantly. When compared to normal payment. The customers are suffering from this issue of money which isnt giving money time to time. Customers arent happy regarding normal mode of payment on time to time. What should i do as an agent? Customers are showing interest on other chit fund groups. You are loosing new customers with this issue of not paying money intime. What is your response.?

I lifted 2500000/- chit at himayatnagar branch in april 2018 but till today the manager himayatnagar branch has paid me 3 lacs only.
I contacted branch manager shiva, regional manager amarender and agm srinivas reddy no body is giving response for paying balance amount, 6 months have passed. Please take immediate action to pay my balance amount the manager is just cheating by giving false promise, immediate action is required from kapil chits head office. My chit no is fhit03t in name of k. Shailaja. If immediate action is not taken i will proceed legally.

I v. Lakshmi prasanna with fdkt01p-47 as my chit number, chit value -10, 00, 000/-, installments -50 in kapil chits dilshiknagar-2 branch,. I participated in the auction held on dt 21.05.2018 prized subscriber against our bid. To get payment intime i submitted surety as my fd (4.3 lakh) and also deducting amount to one vacant chit as demanded by the kapil chits manager in the month of 06/2018 to draw the prized amount. That amount needed for the purpose of my son's marriage in the month a aug-2018. But unfortunately i lost my belief on it and my situation forced me to take hand loan at higher interest rate as kapil chit failed to pay my amount in time.
Due to the above i am facing financial burden.
Till know (24.10.2018) payment position is not known. I called to branch manager number of times, but he didn't respond till now. I have been waiting patiently for the past 4 months. We are very dissatisfied with kapil chit fund company.. An towards the issue. I lost my patience. So, i wrote this complaint and i am hoping that this issue is going to be solved. Otherwise i need to take some serious decision on the issue which may also effect the reputation of the company. Hope this problem is going to be solved.

Above mentioned complaint has not been resolved. I may be compelled to go to ncdrc.
I joined as a subscriber in kapil chits (Kosta) andhra pradesh at kavali branch with the monthly subscription of rs.10, 000 per month for 50 for 5 lac chit. My chit ticket no : fkvt24j-30. It is actually saved from my father salary for my sister’s marriage. My sister got married in april 2018. We tried to prize the chit for three months but we failed to get it. At last in june 2018 we prized the chit for discount rs.63000. So we had to get the amount of rs.4, 37, 000. But we requested the foreman to deduct the future subscriptions and pay the remaining amount. They agreed and took my signatures, i came from bangalore to sign on papers, on the documents. After one month, they intimated that my name was wrongly written on the documents. It is also known that when my mother chit was prized they did the same mistake by writing my mother name and they also apologise for not taking signature on a document after one month when the payment was to be made. I came to know that it is usual thing they do to postpone the payments to the subscribers.
In march 2018 my father took hand loans from his friends at rs2.00 of interest with the promise that he would pay the loans with in 3 or 4 months in view of paying the loan with the chit amount. October month is coming but he cannot pay the loan. He goes on depression whether the chit amount will be given or not. As to my knowledge i also put here the chit funds act 1982. The act says that
“ the foreman shall, on the prized subscriber furnishing sufficient security for the due payment of future subscriptions, be bound to pay him the prize amount: provided that the prized subscriber shall be entitled to the payment of the prize amount without any security whatsoever if he agrees to the deduction there from of the amount of all future subscriptions and in such a case, the foreman shall pay the prize amount to the prized subscriber within seven days after the date of the draw or before the date of the next succeeding installment, whichever is earlier: provided further that where the prize amount has been paid to the prized subscriber under the first proviso, the amount deducted shall be deposited by the foreman in an approved bank mentioned in the chit agreement and he shall not withdraw the amount so deposited except for the payment of future subscription”

I put 100000 chits on Kapil chits fund at Ameerpet branch total period 50 months I paid total month I lifted my 100, 000 chit on August 18th at Ameerpet branch Hyderabad, but the lift cheque not received till now I was ask Ameerpet branch manager he doesn't response my words, could you please issue my cheque immediately, Thanks.

Hi sir, i am nukala satish having 1 lakh chit in kapil chit funds. Zp branch khammam bearing ticket no. 35f-08, i have given cheque amount for rs 3500/- for 11th installment but my cheque amount was transferred to another ticket id :38f-08.

Till date i have requested branch manager to resolve issue to refund my cheque back to my ticket id but no response received from the manager even also several time discussion, and he is give irresponsible answers towards refund.

I have received a harsh reply from the manager, we are poor people 3500 is a matter of one month income to us please help in resolving the issue.

Request to refund my cheque amount back.

The kapil chit is not paying back money even after 5 months of applying (Preferred). The manager of proddatur branch, kadapa district a. P. Mr. Ramana and the rm are responding rudely. After multiple chasers they paid me 2 lakhs but they did not pay the remaining amount. I have purchased home recently and have commitment to pay the down payment urgently.

Chit value: 5 lakhs, chitno - flxt14j. Place: luxettipet, lifted on[protected], inspite of multiple reminders, there is no proper response from the branch to settle the amount, asked us to wait for 2 months we will pay with interest. Even after 2 months chit amount is not settled.in another 2 weeks we will cross 3 months from the time we lifted chit. Being an mnc in financial sector not sure, why the company is unable to pay the amount when it is doing business in crores.in another 2 month chit is going to close. Worst experience ever faced. Why company do not share the escalation managers contacts & mail id's with the customers to resolve the issue at the earliest. Why company give false promises to customers and force us to join the chits and torture us emotionally at the time of paying back when the customer is in need. Because of this we missed our financial commitments to others and facing emotional stress. Request management to stop giving false promises and fooling the public.

I have been member of your chits for 15 years every time i have been paying regular payments 17 months back i entered 10 lakh chit at time kapil agent, manager& rm has told me that four sureties with 35 thousand per month salary.2 months back i submitted all required documents as per previews word by 3 reposeful persons after 15 days rm & manager have told me that my application has been approved & within 2 weeks they should clear the amount but they demanded to join 15 lakh vacant chit but when i rejected their proposal they stopped to clear my chit amount. I am regular payment customer i have joined number of persons in your group but your rm & manager have been given much trouble as i want to pay college fee for my both children. Please do favor to words me as i am the senior most & regular payment customer.

I have lifted my chit 4 months back, still i'm not able to get the money. My chit number is fght05p-7. Commencement dare is 30/05/2016. When i called to the branch manager he is not able to respond to us. Following is the chit fund address.

I am YALLAPU GANESHWARA RAO, I auctioned on 29-May-2018 1Lakh chit fund at kapil chits east godavari, kakinada main road branch. I submitted all the required documents and proofs by June 25th 2018 to the branch employee named Ayyappa. But my amount is not sanctioned still now.. No one employee give proper response to me for this issue.

This is to bring to your notice on the pathetic services being provided at Kapils Chits Diamond point branch- old bowenpally

Branch manager is least bothered to give respect to customers and their commitments, he never picks up customer call and never responds to them. We have call min 100 times so that at least there is a chance for call back or will receive message saying he is busy. Most of the times he will switch off his mobile

Due to this attitude customers directly come to branch instead of wasting their time to call him and they have to wait for long time to meet him customers are facing lot of mental agony and frustrated with his attitude

He never comes to office on time or will not be available in office even when the customer visits and waits for long time in office

He never stands on his commitment date to give the auctioned amount of Chit on time as per the agreement and will keep on changing his words and is postponing to months even after 6 months also there is no revert and customers are struggling a lot with this type of service

They are least bothered to collect his monthly chit installments and no one will give even reminder call to customer if they doesn't pay chit for months. Hence is unable to collect the payments on time and unable to settle the auctioned or matured chit amounts to customers on time

We are surprised how company will hire such irresponsible people and appointment them as Managers

There is no customer complaints telephone number or email id or feedback sharing mechanism in your organisation. Even none of the details related to customer grievance handling mechanism mentioned in Kapil chits website

Even no one is responding on their corporate office number mentioned in website

Please treat this complaint on priority to take necessary action as most of the innocent customers are suffering a lot

Iam k. Gangadhar my chit no. Fbht17j-6 in kapil chits private limited bhainsa branch nirmal -504103. This chit lifted on 27.06.2018 but till date not received check and payment the process is already completed on 20.08.2018 with all required documents and sureties. And the manager promised the check commencement date is 03.10.2018, but too let and un responsive that staff so please solve my problem and arrange my check immediately....

I ch. Renuka devi chakilam r/o nagole, hyd is filing a complaint petition against branch manager, kapil chits pvt ltd, hastinapur branch (Presently at lb nagar, hyd) regarding my fixed deposit. After completion of the maturity date i. E.., 7-sep-2018, we have requested the manager for refund of rupees 2, 00, 000 (Two lakh rupees) which is deposited on 7-sep-2017 bearing
Rc no - certificate no: pa/ks-secbad/g42/2017 dated 7-sep-2017.
According to the above we have been contacting the manager by phone and personally to the branch office since last month. The manager is not responding properly and showing his negligence even after many requests we made. Finally we interacted with him and requested to refund the amount and told him that we will file a complaint petition to rm/agm against him; but he did not respond and the amount seems to be misappropriated by the concerned manager/branch.
Hence i request you to consider my complaint and take necessary action in this regard and refund my amount immediately.

I think and strongly believe that there is one more big scam/fraud waiting to happened like sharada scam in west bengal, many small, medium scale investors invested in the chit funds are suffering a lot which required immediate attention from authorities.
I would request please intervene and investigate about the fraudulent business practices kapil chit fund is doing, i have suffered lot with the same chit company and i have enquired about it there are so many poor people suffering every day.

My case:
I’m one of the victim of their fraud scheme. Brokers came to me several times and explained how chit works, they have said that every month you pay 25000 and you are going to get dividend so, you don’t really pay 25000 always it will be less than that, in the end you will receive 10 lakhs. This is how they lure people to join chit.

I have started my 1000, 000 (10 lakhs) 40 months chit in dec-2014, i paid till the end until march-2018.in the beginning of chit i was in need of money and i enquired about to bid and lift the chit after few months i joined but i had to quit because when i came to know about the painful, stringent documentation and surety procedures they have. I then decided to continue without bidding till the end as i was expected that ill get 10 lakhs here is the real hidden problem common man like me never realized until experienced personally, as soon as i paid all monthly installments cumulative amount was 858, 154 rupees, then i came to know that they will only pay 950, 000 (9.5 lakhs) after deduction of 5 commission it was big surprise for me, because the pamphlets/brochure they produced and explained nowhere it is shown they will deduct 5 commission.
I ask them and argued why did you guys called it 10 lakhs chit, you should have call it 9.5 lakhs chit they says no it is 10 lakhs chit but we will deduct 5 chit commission they never ever said before and after joining, this is how they mislead people and in the end they cheat.

I have paid for 40 months 858, 154, as per their statement they have shared with me they are going to pay only 942, 000 after gst cut. I have gained only 83, 846 rupees after 40 months.

The biggest problem to get our hard earned money back from them. As i explained my chit was closed end of march-2018 and i have received my payment 942, 000 rupees in august after several follow-ups and phone calls and rounds to branch office. Whenever i make a phone call or visit the branch they used to say next week, then again next week, then next week in the end they also promised me that they will pay me interest on delay of payment which they never did since now.

There is no holiday on sundays and public holidays for staff, my wife is working from past 21days (without holiday) and those attendance is not updated in the registers (To show they are following as per the govt/labour departments), If my wife will ask about holiday, they are ready to remove the her job, we are middle class families, need work husband and wife. Please do not reveal my family details and do the needful -task action against to Kapil chits funds-BHEL zone.

I'm arun, resident of karimnagar, bearing chit fknt39f-18 in kapil chits, cvrn road branch..
I lifted the chit in the month of may'2018 for 86000 keeping personal commitments in view.

They failed to issue the cheque till now.. Close to 5 months..
One of the worst service i came across, manager never attends the phone, always gives tentative dates saying in 2-3 days your cheque will be provided.

I'm in great financial need...

Mychit fwst03p-19 was lifted on[protected] in the action no 47 and the chit papers were received into branch between 2-8-2018 but sri. G. Sagar bm subedari branch was not intimated to me untill[protected] and he has stated that the cheque will be arranged with in aweek. Even after receiving the cheque on[protected] till today the cheque was not issued to me. The branch manager is not responding. Even i said the abnormaldely iwill approch legally. The bm is stating that there is not suffiecient funds to issue the cheque. Who is responsible for the loss of amout due to intentional carelessness of branch manager and ao bharath of subedari hmk branch.
