Kapil Chit Funds — insurance document sent to me is manipulated

Hi officer,

While giving my chit amount, kapil chits has deducted rs-7000/- for insurance.

After many follow-up & arguments i received insurance document through whatapps from your executive (Mr. Praveen - [protected]/[protected]).

When cross check with insurance company mr. Sanjeev manne - [protected] (Tata aig agent) has confirmed that policy is for group & not for individual.

Please find the documents details:
Insured name: p. K ram prasad
Policy number: gpa0009082
Certificate no: cert 56-0841.

Please check the same & confirm

As per the commitment they are funding the amount and they are cheating the customers by collecting extra charges everymonth...

The branch manager of piler kapil chit funds pvt ltd.. Mr. Thandavakrishna is not responding to pay the metured chit amount.. Please take action on him and on kapil chit fund company
