I have a multipul chits an kapil nizampeat branch I got a some financial problm last month I said to balu close my account I don't want my money also he said paily some amount I'll give you 5laksh chitty he promised me i paid 30k to phone pay bt he updated only 28k after payment done he said not eligible for 5laksh chitty manger shekar called me and saying that I'll give you chitty after 1 week j called shekhar he using complete bad words I have all records complete bad language what ever you want you can do he said that completely guvking customer service from Kapil if you people not close this issue ASAP I'll visit humen court
