Hi,

This is to bring your notice that, i am KAKADA ANAND KUMAR ) chit value of 2, 50, 000/Rs deposits with your company on commencement date on 30/06/2016 for 50 months of installments.

I completed my chit : FKKT08GI-14 2lakhs 50 thousands on dated[protected] I stayed in chit group till the end of chit completed and I was the person who always paid chit amount on regular base without fail.
After chit completed, initially your branch manager (Lova Rajesh) told me to be cleared payment maximum within 45 days but as on today I didn’t received even single rupee
Manager bluffing me saying we will give your amount on so and so date, and when the day comes he say that amount need to get from head office and amount is kept on hold by sub register office and due to covid-19 issues we don’t have collection and no groups for funds these all stupid reasons and bluffing explanations use to give me. Every month he ask me some more time he need and to wait for money
Lova Rajesh gave me one commitment letter also stating that he will pay the amount by 31/05/2021 whereas that also failed. Again same continued by giving false statement.
I have been waited for more than 1 year and given enough time and now I can’t wait, I don’t have trust on Kapil chit’s funds any more. Every time and every month I need to call branch manager and need to beg for my own money. This has become a very big head ache for me. My Experience is Pathetic, Worst and i say disgusting, they are playing with my Money,
I don't know how this KAPIL CHITS management is working, when I go branch office, very hardly I find branch manager (lova Rajesh) at office and staff members are not aware of when their manager will come to office.

Kindly arrange my amount with interest on urgent basis at least in this month otherwise i will inform your activities a and commitment to public through media with all proofs because you are cheating public with advertisements and if you guys are not going to settle my amount by this month i have to file a case consumer forum for deficiency of service with damages please look into this ASAP.
