Kapil Chit Funds — take necessary action

I have taken rs.5, 00, 000 chit in saifabad. I have paid rs. 57, 000 and applied for bid. All the documentation have been processed last three months back.. The branch manager, mr. Vishnu vardhan reddy said it will take 30-40 days.. When i asked in this november, he said the amount will credit in 2
Or 3 days. Till now no cheque has been issued and no amount is credited to my account.. From the last three weeks, branch staff were neither responding nor giving reply, using filthy language and threatening me.. It's a very bad experience i ever had.. Never expected such kind of behaviour towards customers... Pls take necessary action about the saifabad manager...
