Karnataka State Open University — about degree pending

Respected sir, i have paid for both migration and degree certificates but still didn’t get from the authority. I have to submit my degree for my p. Hd kindly help me with the matter i am simpal lata my roll no 131371fmscid10013 have done masters in interior design from pune vishwakarma university please reply me asap. I have tried to contact to the university but still got no answer but sir do help me for my further study
