Sir/madam, I have been studied b tech civil engineering in 2015 at karanataka state open university mysore via to cr academy-pondy. My register number is 11772lbce0351. I got the provisional certificate and semester mark sheets. Still i did not degree certificate from university. I awaiting to almost 3years. Please arrange the degree certificate. But still degree certificate not issued. Please help us how should i can get?
