Fake Collage, Fake Degree, Such universities are only to eat up all your money. no use of such degree. no procedure is mentioned on website for post completion of the course, when you call university they do not understand Hindi, English and they will hung up because mostly people does not speak their native.Such universities should be penalized as they do not stand on UGC guidelines.

Dear Sir / Mam,
I am Ramkishun Gupta, My Registration number is 111/107/L/BTCE0307, in Karnataka State Open University . I did not get B.Tech. Civil Marksheet of 7th & 8th Semester & B.Tech. Certificate till date ( From Dec.2013 ) . while i appeared 8th Sem. Exam on Dec.2013. Two years passed but i did not get any information from BIPM Delhi Rohini, I had appeared all exams from Indore Center. Please give resonse and i want to do M.Tech. So urgent please.
