Karnataka State Open University — Convocation certificate

Dear Sir,
I have submitted my convocation application along with complete documentation on 28/01/2015 and fees also paid Rupees 1000/-. But till date (17/05/2016) the convocation certificate not been received from the university. Please organize to let me know status. I have called multiple times to university and no reply from them.

I have completed B. Tech i mechanical engineering from 2014 but I have not received my certificate from KSOU i am waiting my certification i have done all activities and payment on center code 85 and all ready submitted documents to ksou i have sent second time complaint but i have not satisfied results from KSOU. can you please resoled my complaint and provide me my certificate.

Dear Sir,

I have completed MBA(LAW) examination of all the four subjects and received all semesters Marks Card. It may kindly noted that, the 4th Semester examination held between the period December 2020 and January 2021 and Marks Card received one month back (mid of June 2022) after visiting and following up several times. However, I have not received Convocation Certificate till date. I have tried to apply for convocation through KSOU website (https://ksouportal.com/Exam_Other/Convocation_2022.aspx). However, after filling all the details and while submission it shows a message that "You are not eligible for convocation". I have tried to contact the given contact numbers in the KSOU (examination & grievance & public Relation Officer) website, but no one is receiving the calls. How can I apply for Convocation Certificate and what is the method/procedure for online fee payment.
