But still degree certificate not issued. Please help us how should i can get?

I thing its wastege of time and money. Please help us.

Respected sir/madam,
I have complete my MBA in 2014. My Registration no : 121071MBA0983 .
But still FINA LTWO certificates yet not received. Please help us to know when it should received ?
lack of final certification my promotion is on hold so please provide it as early as possible because i want to provide this certificates to corporates for promotion

I thing its wastege of time and money. Please help us.
