Karnataka State Open University — fake certificates are issued which cost educated people

In 2016 i joined axis bank pvt. Limited (Gujarat kutch gandhidham 370203). I came to know that my senior team leader (Credit card department) is 5 th pass from a government gujarati school and has the certificate of karnataka open university (B.com cleared). He plays games with female employees takes the advantage of his position. Because of his position in bank, he takes away incentives of newly join employees, i find him sexual harassment with me n other female employees. I request government of india, please stop issuing these kind of fake certificate cause a deserving candidates are harnessed cause non deserving people takes away the opportunity. It feel fatigue to work with these kind of #! It not only harms the people working with these kind of cheaters but also it harms the whole indian economy.
