Hello sir/mam,

To whom so ever it may concern, i completed my mba from ksou in 2014. My enrollment number is 1121dmba0041.
Since then i have been waiting for my degree certificate. I have approached my study center several time but i haven't received proper information. I have called ksou many times in these four years but not pick up my call. It's my humble request to issue my mba degree certificate, as i need it urgently.

Following are the submissions regarding the subject mentioned above:-

1. I completed my B Tech(Mech) in 2015 from the said university with registration number [121071LBTME3036]
Still i am waiting for original certificate & migration certificate from KSOU, I am study from study & Lead welfare society from Noida sector 18
