Sub: “Regarding to provide my marks sheet and Provisional Certificate”. Respected Sir, I beg to say that I have completed BLISC from your good fame university in 2014. My Admission No. and Exam. Roll No. are 13126BLIS082.and my friend Mr. Suresh Kumar, who was enrolled in MLIS course, his Admission No. and Exam. Roll No. are 13126MLIS0045. I had taken admission in your university through the Bhartiyam Institute, Budh Vihar, Delhi:110086, Phone No.[protected] and Examination Centre was RADHA SWAMI EDUCATIONAL AND WELFARE SOCIETY, DELHI OFFICE: 3284, IST FLOOR, MAHINDRA PARK, RANI BAGH, NEW DELHI:110063, PhoneNo. [protected]. Unfortunately I have not received my marks sheet and provisional certificate, while I already paid the full fee. I discussed this matter from Bhartiyam Institute’s head Mr. J. P. Yadav and Examination centre head Mr. Kishan Chand ji. Mr. Kishan Chand ji told me that our center has not received fee from J.P. Yadav, Bhartiyam Institute and this is the main reason for not issuing the marks sheet. So both are wasting my opportunities for job and torture me from last year between their dispute.. Respected Sir, This is a big problem for me. I have job opportunity but without mark sheet and provisional certificate I am unable to apply for any post. So, please consider my problem with sympathetically and provide me marks sheet and provisional certificate.
