Karnataka State Open University — issuing degree

I did msci maths in 2013-14. What is the procedure to get degree? I did it from mgip institute rohini... Now it is closed... Pls help me to get my degree... I had contacted algol university... But didnt get any reply... I had applied for the post of pgt maths on basis of marksheet... I want degree for further process... I also want to add degree in my service.. Pls help me
