Karnataka State Open University — karnataka state open university completion degree certificate still not received

Respected sir/madam,

I have completed b-tech in computer science engineering in 2015 from karnataka state open university, but still waiting for my university degree certificate my reg no-111042lbtcs0076.

No one is responding the calls and the student web site is also closed.

Could you please replay and help how can i get the same.

My self davinderpal singh, my registration no. is 111072LBTET0345, i ve join the Karnataka state open University in july 2012, i ve passed my course in feb 2015, my degree is not delivered to me till date, my promotion is delayed due to degree, plz send me my degree as soon as possible,
